Mr. Hall has extensive investment experience in middle market leveraged transactions that span a wide variety of industries and businesses with emphasis on recurring revenue businesses (such as QSR restaurants and route based businesses) healthcare, consumer products businesses, automotive and light industries, and construction industries.
Mr. Hall is a founder of Yukon Partners. From 2000 to 2008 Mr. Hall was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he had overall fund responsibility and was a member of its investment committee. From 1995 to 2000 Mr. Hall has also served as a Partner with Churchill Capital Partners and prior to that as Vice President of the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial in New York, the Corporate Group of Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles, and the Corporate Group of Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles and New York. Mr. Hall has made individual investments ranging from senior debt to mezzanine and equity investments, in amounts ranging from $3 million to $500 million.

Prior to founding Yukon Partners in February 2008, Mr. Dietz was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he was responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management, as well as maintenance of NMP’s systems and internal controls.
Before joining Norwest Mezzanine Partners, Mr. Dietz served as a financial analyst and chief financial officer for Equity Research, Inc., an investment company focused on public and private equity investments. Earlier, he co-founded Computer Guidance Group, a financial consulting firm. Additionally, Mr. Dietz worked with Arthur Andersen in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Auditing and Operational Consulting practices.

For the previous seven years, he worked for UnitedHealth Group where he held several positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance of UnitedHealthcare, a division generating over $30 billion of annual revenue in 2007, Chief Financial Officer of UnitedHealth Networks and Director of Corporate Development of UnitedHealth Group. Before joining UnitedHealth, Mr. Rice worked as a manager of Strategic Planning at Best Buy. From 1992 through 2000, he worked at Arthur Andersen in Audit and Transaction Advisory Services.

Before joining Ameriprise Financial, Mr. Sampair was a senior associate at PwC in the Private Client Services Group where he led client audit engagements with annual revenues from $100 to $500 million and worked on mergers and acquisitions of $50 million to $1 billion.

Mr. Gandhi joined Yukon Partners in January 2012. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities (formerly Wachovia Securities) in Charlotte, NC.
