Michael J. Hall

Managing Partner

Mr. Hall has extensive investment experience in middle market leveraged transactions that span a wide variety of industries and businesses with emphasis on recurring revenue businesses (such as QSR restaurants and route based businesses) healthcare, consumer products businesses, automotive and light industries, and construction industries.

Mr. Hall is a founder of Yukon Partners. From 2000 to 2008 Mr. Hall was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he had overall fund responsibility and was a member of its investment committee. From 1995 to 2000 Mr. Hall has also served as a Partner with Churchill Capital Partners and prior to that as Vice President of the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial in New York, the Corporate Group of Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles, and the Corporate Group of Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles and New York. Mr. Hall has made individual investments ranging from senior debt to mezzanine and equity investments, in amounts ranging from $3 million to $500 million.

William L. Dietz

Managing Partner

Prior to founding Yukon Partners in February 2008, Mr. Dietz was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he was responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management, as well as maintenance of NMP’s systems and internal controls.

Before joining Norwest Mezzanine Partners, Mr. Dietz served as a financial analyst and chief financial officer for Equity Research, Inc., an investment company focused on public and private equity investments. Earlier, he co-founded Computer Guidance Group, a financial consulting firm. Additionally, Mr. Dietz worked with Arthur Andersen in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Auditing and Operational Consulting practices.

Corey H. Peters

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Peters joined Yukon Partners in June 2012, and brings over 17 years of operational and financial leadership experience ranging from entrepreneurial start up organizations to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies.  He is responsible for all accounting, tax, banking, portfolio valuation, and financial reporting activities of the firm, as well as investment monitoring and investor relations.  Prior to joining Yukon Partners, Mr. Peters served in various finance leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, RBC Wealth Management, ZoneTrader, Inc., and Arthur Andersen.

Brian P. Sefton

Associate

Mr. Sefton joined Yukon Partners in September 2008. Previously, he was a consultant with the Huron Consulting Group in the Operational Consulting and Revenue Cycle Groups in Chicago.

Prior to joining Huron Consulting Group, Mr. Sefton interned in Equity Derivative Sales at Banc of America Securities in New York and in Sell-Side Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory at Goldsmith Agio Helms (n/k/a Lazard Middle Market) in Minneapolis.

Mary M. Mejia

Office Manager

Mrs. Mejia joined Yukon Partners in February 2009.  Previously, she was the office manager for Superior Mechanical, Inc. serving two locations. Before joining Superior Mechanical, Inc. in 2007, Mrs. Mejia taught elementary education for the Clark County and Lakeville school districts.

Anne D. Sharockman

Chief Compliance Officer and Controller

Ms. Sharockman joined Yukon Partners in December 2010.

Previously, she worked for Riverstone Professional Group where she served as Controller to five related businesses in the healthcare field. Prior to joining Riverstone Professional Group, Ms. Sharockman was senior accountant for Department 56, Inc. Additionally, she worked for Arthur Andersen in the Audit and Business Advisory Group.

David P. Sampair

Analyst

Mr. Sampair joined Yukon Partners in December 2011.  Previously, he was a senior financial analyst with Ameriprise Financial in the Investment Accounting Group where he managed all accounting related to the Ameriprise Bank, a $3 billion portfolio, and was in-charge of reporting for the variable interest entities.  Before joining Ameriprise Financial, Mr. Sampair was a senior associate at PwC in the Private Client Services Group where he led client audit engagements with annual revenues from $100 to $500 million and worked on mergers and acquisitions of $50 million to $1 billion.

Rohit Gandhi

Associate

Mr. Gandhi joined Yukon Partners in January 2012. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities (formerly Wachovia Securities) in Charlotte, NC. At Wells Fargo Securities, Mr. Gandhi first spent a year in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group followed by a year in the Middle Market Group. Mr. Gandhi was responsible for analyzing, performing due diligence and executing M&A, equity and debt financing transactions at Wells Fargo Securities.

Jamison J. Rice

Special Advisor

Jamison Rice is senior vice president, Chief Financial Officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota.  In this role, Mr. Rice is responsible for providing leadership for financial controls and systems, financial planning, tax, treasury, investments, corporate finance, actuarial and underwriting for Minnesota's largest health plan.

Prior to joining Blue Cross, Mr. Rice spent four years at Yukon Partners as Principal and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Rice assists Yukon Partners primarily as it relates to investments in the health care sector.

Thomas F. Walker, Sr.

Special Advisor

Thomas Walker has been a trusted adviser to the Yukon Principals spanning several decades.

Mr. Walker founded Walker & Associates, a management consulting firm after a long career with Morris Anderson & Associates.

Mr. Walker assists Yukon Parters primarily as it relates to investments in the industrial sector.
