Mr. Hall has extensive investment experience in middle market leveraged transactions that span a wide variety of industries and businesses with emphasis on recurring revenue businesses (such as QSR restaurants and route based businesses) healthcare, consumer products businesses, automotive and light industries, and construction industries.
Mr. Hall is a founder of Yukon Partners. From 2000 to 2008 Mr. Hall was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he had overall fund responsibility and was a member of its investment committee. From 1995 to 2000 Mr. Hall has also served as a Partner with Churchill Capital Partners and prior to that as Vice President of the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial in New York, the Corporate Group of Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles, and the Corporate Group of Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles and New York. Mr. Hall has made individual investments ranging from senior debt to mezzanine and equity investments, in amounts ranging from $3 million to $500 million.
Prior to founding Yukon Partners in February 2008, Mr. Dietz was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he was responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management, as well as maintenance of NMP’s systems and internal controls.
Before joining Norwest Mezzanine Partners, Mr. Dietz served as a financial analyst and chief financial officer for Equity Research, Inc., an investment company focused on public and private equity investments. Earlier, he co-founded Computer Guidance Group, a financial consulting firm. Additionally, Mr. Dietz worked with Arthur Andersen in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Auditing and Operational Consulting practices.
Mr. Furey joined Yukon Partners in April 2016. Prior to joining Yukon Partners, Mr. Furey was a Partner at Halyard Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on investments in business services, healthcare, media and communications companies. At Halyard, he sourced and executed new investments and served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies.
Prior to working at Halyard, Mr. Furey was an Investment Manager at Capital Resource Partners, a private investment firm making subordinated debt and equity investments to support acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth and management buyouts. Mr. Furey started his career in the investment banking division of Advest, Inc.
Mr. Arnett joined Yukon Partners in August 2013. Previously he was a Vice President at the Pohlad Companies where he was responsible for private equity and mezzanine debt direct investment origination, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management, as well as asset allocation and portfolio management as part of the Pohlad Investment Committee. Mr. Arnett was also involved in M&A and finance activities for certain Pohlad operating companies. Before joining Pohlad Companies, he was an investment banking analyst at Piper Jaffray and provided leveraged finance solutions to middle-market companies across a variety of industries.
Mr. Sampair joined Yukon Partners in December 2011. Previously, he was a senior financial analyst with Ameriprise Financial in the Investment Accounting Group where he was responsible for investment valuations related to the Ameriprise Bank, a $3 billion portfolio. Before joining Ameriprise Financial, Mr. Sampair was a senior associate at PwC in the Private Client Services Group where he led client audit engagements with annual revenues from $25 to $500 million and worked on mergers and acquisitions of $50 million to $1 billion.
Mr. Anderson joined Yukon partners in September 2014. Previously, he was a commercial banking credit analyst with BMO Harris Bank where he specialized in financing private equity backed middle-market transactions and personally oversaw a $150M leveraged senior credit portfolio. Mr. Anderson also completed BMO’s Commercial Credit Analyst Development Program in Chicago and was an intern for Honeywell.

Mr. Woetzel joined Yukon Partners in April 2016. Previously, he was an associate at Wells Fargo in Los Angeles, where he focused on providing senior debt financing in support of private equity-backed transactions across an array of industry verticals.
Mr. Peters joined Yukon Partners in June 2012, and brings over 17 years of operational and financial leadership experience ranging from entrepreneurial start up organizations to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies. He is responsible for all accounting, tax, banking, portfolio valuation, and financial reporting activities of the firm, as well as investment monitoring and investor relations. Prior to joining Yukon Partners, Mr. Peters served in various finance leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, RBC Wealth Management, ZoneTrader, Inc., and Arthur Andersen.
Ms. Cattoor joined Yukon Partners in December 2010. Previously, she worked for Riverstone Professional Group where she served as Controller to five related businesses in the healthcare field. Prior to joining Riverstone Professional Group, Ms. Cattoor was senior accountant for Department 56, Inc. Additionally, she worked for Arthur Andersen in the Audit and Business Advisory Group.

Ms. Tritz joined Yukon Partners in February 2014. Previously, she worked at Ceridian Corporation as a project accountant responsible for the accounting and reporting of internally developed software. Prior to joining Ceridian in 2005, Ms. Tritz was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she audited clients within the financial services industry.

Ms. Pearson joined Yukon Partners in July 2015. Her skills include controllership and tax compliance specifically focused in the private equity industry. Ms. Pearson’s previously worked for Clearwater Equity Group, Inc., Deloitte, Waycrosse, Inc., and Arthur Anderson.

Bob joined Yukon Partners in August, 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate banking, mezzanine investment, and private equity. He began his career in Chicago in 1981 at Continental Illinois National Bank, now Bank of America, where he focused on project financing, and later, on the securitization of commercial real estate and corporate buyout related loans. Later, he joined First Bank System, now U.S. Bank, in Minneapolis, where he became Senior Vice President and Division Manager responsible for overseeing lending to large corporations, financial institutions, and private equity sponsored, middle market acquisitions in the Eastern US. In that role he also was responsible for originating and overseeing a number of investments in private equity funds.
Bob left the Bank in 2002 to become Partner at Churchill Capital Partners in Minneapolis, where during the next several years he originated and managed a portfolio of mezzanine and preferred equity investments in companies in a variety of industries including automotive, sporting goods, transportation, and hardware.
Bob serves on the Boards of a local nonprofit serving the needs of youth and families in crisis, and a local community bank.

Mrs. Mejia joined Yukon Partners in February 2009. Previously, she was the office manager for Superior Mechanical, Inc. serving two locations. Before joining Superior Mechanical, Inc. in 2007, Mrs. Mejia taught elementary education for the Clark County and Lakeville school districts.

Thomas Walker has been a trusted adviser to the Yukon Principals spanning several decades.
Mr. Walker founded Walker & Associates, a management consulting firm after a long career with Morris Anderson & Associates.
Mr. Walker assists Yukon Parters primarily as it relates to investments in the industrial sector.
Jamison Rice is senior vice president, Chief Financial Officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. In this role, Mr. Rice is responsible for providing leadership for financial controls and systems, financial planning, tax, treasury, investments, corporate finance, actuarial and underwriting for Minnesota’s largest health plan.
Prior to joining Blue Cross, Mr. Rice spent four years at Yukon Partners as Principal and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Rice assists Yukon Partners primarily as it relates to investments in the health care sector.
Dr. Bauer is board-certified in Internal Medicine, a Professor of Medicine and has been on staff at Mayo Clinic for 22 years. His main research interest has been the scientific evaluation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies that patients and consumers are using with increasing frequency. He has authored several book chapters and over 100 papers on this topic, and is the Medical Editor of the Mayo Clinic Book of Alternative Medicine. He is a member of numerous scientific review panels and is currently collaborating on over 20 studies being conducted at Mayo Clinic evaluating CAM therapies ranging from acupuncture to valerian. His work is at the forefront of the emerging field of Integrative Medicine which combines the best of conventional medicine with the best of evidence-based complementary therapies.
Robert (Bill) Van Sant has held a number of senior leadership positions throughout his 40-year career in both public and privately held companies, giving him invaluable management and operating skills, merger and acquisition expertise, and a global business perspective.
Mr. Van Sant is currently a senior advisor for Tenex Capital Management and serves on several boards.
Mr. Van Sant assists Yukon Partners primarily as it relates to investments in the manufacturing, business services, and industrial sectors.
