Mr. Arnett joined Yukon Partners in August 2013. Previously he was a Vice President at the Pohlad Companies where he was responsible for private equity and mezzanine debt direct investment origination, underwriting, transaction execution and portfolio management, as well as asset allocation and portfolio management as part of the Pohlad Investment Committee. Mr. Arnett was also involved in M&A and finance activities for certain Pohlad operating companies. Before joining Pohlad Companies, he was an investment banking analyst at Piper Jaffray and provided leveraged finance solutions to middle-market companies across a variety of industries.
Ms. Cattoor joined Yukon Partners in December 2010. Previously, she worked for Riverstone Professional Group where she served as Controller to five related businesses in the healthcare field. Prior to joining Riverstone Professional Group, Ms. Cattoor was senior accountant for Department 56, Inc. Additionally, she worked for Arthur Andersen in the Audit and Business Advisory Group.
Mr. Copman joined Yukon Partners in July 2019. Previously, he was with Piper Jaffray’s healthcare investment banking group, where he provided analytical support on M&A transactions, equity offerings and other financial advisory services.
Prior to founding Yukon Partners in February 2008, Mr. Dietz was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he was responsible for deal origination, transaction execution and portfolio management, as well as maintenance of NMP’s systems and internal controls.
Before joining Norwest Mezzanine Partners, Mr. Dietz served as a financial analyst and chief financial officer for Equity Research, Inc., an investment company focused on public and private equity investments. Earlier, he co-founded Computer Guidance Group, a financial consulting firm. Additionally, Mr. Dietz worked with Arthur Andersen in the Mergers & Acquisitions, Auditing and Operational Consulting practices.
Mr. Edwards joined Yukon Partners in August 2017. Previously he was an Associate at TT Capital Partners where he was responsible for executing growth equity investments and portfolio company management within the healthcare IT and services sectors. Before joining TT Capital Partners, he was an investment banking analyst at Raymond James where he completed numerous M&A and capital formation transactions within the financial services sector.
Mr. Furey joined Yukon Partners in April 2016. Prior to joining Yukon Partners, Mr. Furey was a Partner at Halyard Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on investments in business services, healthcare, media and communications companies. At Halyard, he sourced and executed new investments and served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies.
Prior to working at Halyard, Mr. Furey was an Investment Manager at Capital Resource Partners, a private investment firm making subordinated debt and equity investments to support acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth and management buyouts. Mr. Furey started his career in the investment banking division of Advest, Inc.
Mr. Hall has extensive investment experience in middle market leveraged transactions that span a wide variety of industries and businesses with emphasis on recurring revenue businesses (such as QSR restaurants and route based businesses) healthcare, consumer products businesses, automotive and light industries, and construction industries.
Mr. Hall is a founder of Yukon Partners. From 2000 to 2008 Mr. Hall was a partner at Norwest Mezzanine Partners where he had overall fund responsibility and was a member of its investment committee. From 1995 to 2000 Mr. Hall has also served as a Partner with Churchill Capital Partners and prior to that as Vice President of the Corporate Finance Group of Heller Financial in New York, the Corporate Group of Security Pacific Bank in Los Angeles, and the Corporate Group of Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles and New York. Mr. Hall has made individual investments ranging from senior debt to mezzanine and equity investments, in amounts ranging from $3 million to $500 million.
Mr. Lynch joined Yukon Partners in September 2018. Previously he was a Senior Associate at ShoreView Industries where he evaluated and executed private equity investments and was involved in portfolio management. Mr. Lynch’s transaction and portfolio coverage experience spans a number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, and industrial services.
Mr. Moorse joined Yukon Partners in March 2020. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at TripleTree where he provided analytical support on M&A transactions, strategic advisory services, and market research. Prior to joining TripleTree, he was an actuarial consultant for Optum.
Ms. Pearson joined Yukon Partners in July 2015. Her skills include controllership and tax compliance specifically focused in the private equity industry. Ms. Pearson’s previously worked for Clearwater Equity Group, Inc., Deloitte, Waycrosse, Inc., and Arthur Anderson.
Mr. Peters joined Yukon Partners in June 2012, and brings over 17 years of operational and financial leadership experience ranging from entrepreneurial start up organizations to Fortune 500 publicly traded companies. He is responsible for all accounting, tax, banking, portfolio valuation, and financial reporting activities of the firm, as well as investment monitoring and investor relations. Prior to joining Yukon Partners, Mr. Peters served in various finance leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, RBC Wealth Management, ZoneTrader, Inc., and Arthur Andersen.
Ms. Rice joined Yukon Partners in July 2018. Previously, she worked at the Gray Plant Mooty law firm as a paralegal where she worked in both the Trust and Estates and the Commercial Financial Services areas. Prior to joining Gray Plant Mooty in 2009, Ms. Rice was the Title Production Manager for Kandiyohi Abstract and Title.
Mr. Sampair joined Yukon Partners in December 2011. Previously, he was a senior financial analyst with Ameriprise Financial in the Investment Accounting Group where he was responsible for investment valuations related to collateralized loan and debt obligations. Before joining Ameriprise Financial, Mr. Sampair was a senior associate at PwC in the Private Client Services Group where he led client audit engagements with annual revenues from $25 to $500 million and worked on mergers and acquisitions of $50 million to $1 billion.
Ms. Tritz joined Yukon Partners in February 2014. Previously, she worked at Ceridian Corporation as a project accountant responsible for the accounting and reporting of internally developed software. Prior to joining Ceridian in 2005, Ms. Tritz was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she audited clients within the financial services industry.
Mr. Walker joined Yukon Partners in July 2015. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst in the Technology & Services Group at Robert W. Baird & Company, where he provided analytical support on M&A transactions, equity offerings and other financial advisory services.
Mr. Weekly joined Yukon Partners in July 2020. Previously, he was with Piper Sandler’s diversified industrials and business services investment banking group, where he focused on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions. Before joining Piper Sandler, he was at Ernst & Young where he provided M&A advisory services and KPMG where he performed client audit engagements.
Bob joined Yukon Partners in August, 2015. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate banking, mezzanine investment, and private equity. He began his career in Chicago in 1981 at Continental Illinois National Bank, now Bank of America, where he focused on project financing, and later, on the securitization of commercial real estate and corporate buyout related loans. Later, he joined First Bank System, now U.S. Bank, in Minneapolis, where he became Senior Vice President and Division Manager responsible for overseeing lending to large corporations, financial institutions, and private equity sponsored, middle market acquisitions in the Eastern US. In that role he also was responsible for originating and overseeing a number of investments in private equity funds.
Bob left U.S. Bank in 2002 to become Partner at Churchill Capital Partners in Minneapolis, where during the next several years he originated and managed a portfolio of mezzanine and preferred equity investments in companies in a variety of industries including automotive, sporting goods, transportation, and hardware.

Paul Angeli’s professional career has been molded by technology and management roles in Fortune 500 organizations as well as a successful engineering services and manufacturing start-up. As co-founder and Sr. Vice President of OakRiver Technology, Mr. Angeli was instrumental in building the company from inception to a 60+ person operation and helped manage OakRiver through two successful sale processes, generating significant shareholder returns. Mr. Angeli’s leadership style, based on concise goal-setting and metrics driven decision-making, produces highly effective organizations that deliver industry leading profit margins.
Mr. Angeli earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is currently an active Board of Directors member for Advanced Tissue and The Reserve, Inc.
Dr. Bauer is board-certified in Internal Medicine, a Professor of Medicine and has been on staff at Mayo Clinic for 22 years. His main research interest has been the scientific evaluation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) therapies that patients and consumers are using with increasing frequency. He has authored several book chapters and over 100 papers on this topic, and is the Medical Editor of the Mayo Clinic Book of Alternative Medicine. He is a member of numerous scientific review panels and is currently collaborating on over 20 studies being conducted at Mayo Clinic evaluating CAM therapies ranging from acupuncture to valerian. His work is at the forefront of the emerging field of Integrative Medicine which combines the best of conventional medicine with the best of evidence-based complementary therapies.
Jamison Rice assists Yukon Partners with investments in its health care portfolio. Mr. Rice has over 25 years of experience serving in executive roles at a number of leading healthcare companies. Specifically, Mr. Rice’s experience includes leading organizations, operations, financial controls and systems, financial planning, corporate finance, technology and direct investing in private companies. Mr. Rice also served as Yukon Partners’ Principal and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2012.
Rick Shand has held a variety of leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies in addition to his successful technology start-up experience. Most recently, as co-founder and CEO of OakRiverTechnology, a leading developer and manufacturer of automated equipment for the medical device industry, Mr. Shand guided the company through two successful stock sale processes which generated significant shareholder returns. His leadership style is one of focusing on providing superior products and services at premium pricing while running highly efficient engineering and manufacturing operations to maximize profit margins.
Mr. Shand is currently the Chairman of GCM Corp., Lead Director of Seaway Plastics, Executive Chairman of Advanced Tissue, and Chairman and CEO of The Reserve, Inc. He earned his Bachelor and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
Robert (Bill) Van Sant has held a number of senior leadership positions throughout his 40-year career in both public and privately held companies, giving him invaluable management and operating skills, merger and acquisition expertise, and a global business perspective.
Mr. Van Sant is currently a senior advisor for Tenex Capital Management and serves on several boards.
Mr. Van Sant assists Yukon Partners primarily as it relates to investments in the manufacturing, business services, and industrial sectors.
Jann Ozzello Wilcox has a rich history of entrepreneurial leadership and assists Yukon Partners across a variety of investment opportunities for their portfolio.
Most recently, Ms. Ozzello Wilcox retired from the Pohlad Companies after 27 years of service. For the first 15 years, she was the CFO of their various banking franchises, including Marquette Financial Companies. Then in 2008, she created the Family Investment Office. Prior to the Pohlad Companies, Ms. Ozzello Wilcox served as general counsel and chief operating officer of Dataserv, as well as associate attorney positions at Doherty, Rumble and Butler and Warner Norcross and Judd. Ms. Ozzello Wilcox holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire summa cum laude and a JD, Order of the Coif, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Her civic involvement includes serving on the executive committee and as treasurer for the Minneapolis Metro YMCA, and the executive committee for Innercity Tennis. She currently serves on the board of Twin Cities Public Television and is the chair of their finance and investment committee.
Thomas Walker passed away January 3, 2019 at the age of 74. He served as a trusted adviser to the Yukon team spanning several decades, most notably related to investments in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Mr. Walker was our consummate champion; always at the ready to offer counsel and support to the Yukon Team. We will miss our friend dearly.
